We currently offer shipping to eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, or international destinations outside our stated shipping coverage.

Our current shipping estimates are:

  • Order cutoff time: 8:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).

  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days.

  • Estimated transit time: 2–6 business days after the package is handed to the shipping carrier.

  • Estimated total delivery time: approximately 3–9 business days.

  • Standard shipping: $4.99 for merchandise subtotals below $35.00.

  • Free standard shipping: merchandise subtotals of $35.00 or more.

Shipping estimates are provided for planning purposes and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address change can be made after an order has entered processing or been handed to the carrier.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Under our current policy:

  • Eligible return requests must generally be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • For a change-of-mind return, items should be unused or in new or like-new condition, without noticeable signs of regular use, excessive wear, or damage, and should include applicable original packaging and accessories where available.

  • Opening packaging or briefly inspecting an item does not automatically make it ineligible for return.

  • Change-of-mind return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility.

  • For confirmed defective, transit-damaged, or incorrect items, we will review the issue and cover reasonable return shipping costs where the problem is our responsibility, subject to applicable law.

  • After a returned item is received, inspected, and approved, we will initiate the eligible refund within 7 calendar days. The time for funds to appear in your account may vary by payment provider.

Please contact us before sending an item back and wait for return instructions. Do not assume that our business address is an authorized walk-in return location.
